1. Our commitment
This policy describes what personal data the website www.danielmosini.com collects, why, how long it is kept, and how you exercise your rights. We limit collection to what is strictly necessary and process your data transparently, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the request-a-conversation form, namely your first and last name, your e-mail address, and, if you provide them, your phone number, the person who referred you, and the subject of your request. We also collect the information you subsequently share with us by e-mail, phone or during a conversation.
As you browse, certain technical data may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and date of visit.
3. Purposes
Your data is used solely to handle your request and organize the possible conversation, to follow up on the relationship if a collaboration begins, to answer your questions, and to ensure the operation and security of the website. We do not use it for any other purpose without informing you.
4. Hosting and transfer abroad
The website is hosted by Wix. As a result, your data may be processed or stored on servers located outside Switzerland. Where such data is transferred to a country that does not offer an equivalent level of protection, the transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards, notably recognized contractual clauses, in accordance with the nFADP.
5. Access to data
Your data is accessible only to Daniel Mosini, to the extent necessary for the purposes described, as well as to the website's host in its capacity as technical processor. It is neither sold nor shared for any other purpose, except where required by law or requested by a competent authority.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. As no transmission is entirely foolproof, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a breach presenting a high risk, we will inform the FDPIC and, where the law requires it, the individuals concerned.
7. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and the relationship that follows. After more than twelve months of inactivity, or at your request, it is deleted, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
8. Cookies
The website uses cookies, notably for functional and audience-measurement purposes. You can accept or refuse them. For details, see the Cookie Policy.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object, and the right to withdraw your consent where a processing activity relies on it. To exercise these rights, write to info@danielmosini.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), the supervisory authority in Switzerland.
